Scheduling & Availability Questions

  • What day and time will you show up to clean?

    We clean Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. 

    You’ll receive a specific time slot, ensuring you never have to wait all day for our arrival.

  • Do you work on Saturday? 

    Currently, we do not typically work on Saturdays. However, feel free to ask about future availability.


  • What if I need to change my day of service?

    If you need to change your day of service, please contact us as soon as possible. 

    We will do our best to accommodate your request and reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time.


  • Do I have to be home during service?

    No, you don't have to be home during the service. Here’s how we ensure your convenience and safety:


    Access: Provide us with a one-day access code, assign a code to us, or leave your key in a key lockbox. We can provide a key lockbox if needed, which can be purchased from us, or you can provide your own.


    Security: Our Cleaning Technicians will never ask for your house keys.


    Trustworthy Staff: Our employees are carefully screened and trained. Many have been with us since the very beginning.
