  • Do you take credit cards? 

    Yes, for your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.


  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    No! You can cancel any time you wish. 

    However, we offer a discount program for our Pre-Paying VIPs that provides substantial savings on every cleaning. 

    You’ll only need to sign our non-compete agreement and on-time payment commitment when you hire us.


  • When do I pay for the service?

    All payments are processed by credit card on the day of service. 

    We do not accept cash or checks. 

    Clients must have a credit/debit card on file before services begin unless previously arranged. 

    Lux Method LLC may pause services 5 days after an invoice is past due. 

    A $25 late fee will be added to past-due services. 

    Services may be canceled 21 days after the invoice due date if the account is not in good standing.

  • Do I have to tip your employees?

    Tipping is not required, but it is always appreciated. 

    Our employees are paid fairly for their work, so any additional gratuity is entirely at your discretion as a gesture of appreciation for exceptional service.
