  • What if I’m not satisfied?

    What if I’m not satisfied? Our work is 100% guaranteed. If not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean any unsatisfactory areas. 

    If we still cannot meet your expectations, a refund may be offered, and the relationship may be terminated. 

    Your prompt feedback is essential.


  • Should I have a Spring Cleaning every year?

    Many of our clients choose to have a Lux Signature Deep Clean annually or bi-annually to maintain those out-of-reach places that aren't part of the regular weekly or bi-weekly routine. 

    It's also less expensive than the first-time Lux Signature Deep Clean because the rest of the house is already at a maintenance level if we are regularly servicing your home!
